I Just Signed Up As A Sponsor. What’s Next?

The first step is to get the media ready. To do this, you have a few options:

● We can create the media using our in-house design team.
To begin making your digital media, we’ll need to know a little about your company. You can send us a business card, digital media that you’ve used in the past, a picture, a link to your website, or just a few sentences about your company and what you’d like to accomplish with your digital media.

● You can submit media that you already have.
If you have existing media that you’ve used before, we can use it if it’s in the proper format. You’ll find more formatting information further down in this document.

● We can begin the media creation process using existing media and then have our in-house design team make changes in your direction.
You can submit your media direction by emailing us at or by calling us at 360-459-0421. The digital media design process usually takes a few days, so it’s a good idea to get started as soon as possible.

What Do I Need To Submit My Own Media Or Media That I Already Have?

If you choose to design your own media or if you use a 3rd-party design team, please read this section before you get started. You’ll need to submit your upload-ready media using the following dimensions and file types:

● Full-Screen or Quarter-Screen: 3840×2160 pixels

● Half-Screen: 1920×2160 pixels

● Full-Screen or Quarter-Screen Video: 1920×1080 pixels, 30 seconds long

● Preferred file types are .jpg, and .png for image media and .mp4 for video media The most accessible file types to use are .jpg and .png files, but you can submit whatever you have available. If you submit a file type that we can’t open, we will contact you and let you know.

How Do I Tell You How I Want My Media To Look?

I Don’t Have Any Media To Start With. What Do I Do?

Not everybody has media ready to go, and that’s okay! You can send us an email at or give us a call at 360-459-0421, and we can help you come up with some ideas to get you started.

How Does The Design Process Work?

1. We start by getting any existing media that you have. We can start with your website, your company logo, any media that you’ve used in the past, your business card, or anything else that you think is relevant to the media that you want to be created. Anything that you have is helpful for our designers so that we can ensure your media fits your branding and identity.

2. Let us know what you want your media to look like. You can do this by emailing us at or calling us at 360-459-0421. When you contact us, give us any directions and instructions that you have about how you want your media to look.

3. Our design team will create a rough draft of your digital media for you to review. Your rough draft will be emailed to you so that you can see it as it will appear in its final form.

4. Let us know if there’s anything that you want to be changed. Take some time to look over your rough draft, and let us know if you’d like any changes made. With each set of changes, the rough draft will go back to our design team to have your changes applied. This process can happen as many times as needed, but it usually only takes two to four revisions to get things the way you want them. There is no extra charge for revisions during the initial design process: it’s included in your original digital media design cost.

5. Once you give final approval, we’re done! When you’re satisfied that everything looks the way that you want it, we upload your digital media as soon as possible.

When Will My Digital Media Go Live?

Your digital media goes live as soon as we have your completed digital media in the correct format and you have authorized the final draft. We will then upload your digital media to the venue(s) where you are a sponsor. Your term won’t start until the day your digital media goes live.
